You need to update your instructions to be specific for each type of SnapPad that you sell before a SnapPad goes flying off and hitting someone. For those SnapPads with slots/cut-outs on the side (like for the HiWay Plus4 for the HWH system's feet), the instructions fail to inform you that even if you have the SnapPad perfectly centered when the foot comes down (per the instructions), if you don't have the slots/cut-outs on the side lined up (i.e., even off by a fraction of an inch) with the edge for those kinds of feet that have a vertical metal piece at the edge of the actual foot, the SnapPad won't snap into place no matter how perfectly centered you have them when the foot comes down. In our case, as a result of the cut-outs not being radially aligned the SnapPads would not snap on the foot securely. Thank goodness I noticed that (absent of the non-specific instructions not mentioning that) - otherwise we could have had a SnapPad flying through the front-window of a car behind us when they came loose. I suggest you update your instructions to not be generic but instead be specific to the actual SnapPads you ship.
