NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The SnapPad SuperBowl Spectacular Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on October 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").
SPONSOR:
The Giveaway is sponsored by SnapPad, located at 100 Corporate Way, Summerville, SC 29483. For any questions or concerns, you can contact us at 1-866-923-9538.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Hawaii and Alaska, and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). Employees of SnapPad, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS:
By participating in the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Automatic Entry with Purchase: You will receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on any SnapPad product or accessory at www.rvsnappad.com during the Promotion Period.
- Free Entry via Newsletter Signup: Visit www.rvsnappad.com and sign up for our newsletter during the Promotion Period to receive ten (10) free entries. Limit one (1) newsletter sign-up per person.
LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES:
Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of two thousand five hundred (2,500) entries per person during the Promotion Period.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 5, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification either by email or phone within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and SnapPad reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
PRIZE:
The Grand Prize consists of an Ultimate Super Bowl LIX Experience, including:
- Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LIX
- Round-trip flight (within the continental U.S.)

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is at least $33,000 USD. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted.
TAXES:
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and all other entities involved in the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Giveaway from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.
MULTIPLIER EVENTS:
During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce specific "Multiplier Events" during which entries for every dollar spent on SnapPad products or accessories may be multiplied (e.g., 2x, 3x). These events will be clearly communicated via our website, email, or social media. The total number of entries during these multiplier events is still subject to the 2,500 entry limit per person.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW:
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at SnapPad Privacy Policy.
