SnapPad Warranty & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every SnapPad and eligible accessory comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in SnapPads and eligible accessories
- Failures under normal use and proper installation
What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage or acts of nature
- Improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by service technicians or external factors
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance
- Removal or reinstallation of SnapPads
- Used, open-box, or resold products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Promotional items such as coasters, sunglasses, or giveaways
Important: SnapPads are designed to be installed once and left in place. Removing or reinstalling them will void your warranty.
Coverage Area
Our standard warranty applies to products purchased and used within the Continental United States and Canada.
Orders shipped to or used outside these regions are considered International Sales and follow the additional terms below.
International Warranty (Outside U.S. & Canada)
We proudly support customers worldwide. However, international orders come with a few additional conditions.
What’s Different
- Warranty coverage applies to the product only
- Shipping, customs duties, and import/export fees are not covered
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our facility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost shipments
How We May Resolve Your Claim
- Replacement Parts: We may send replacement components instead of requiring a full return.
- Product Replacement: If a full replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for all international shipping and import-related costs.
- Technical Support: Our team may provide troubleshooting guidance to resolve the issue without requiring a return.
- Authorized Distributor Support: If the product was purchased through an authorized distributor, the claim may be handled directly through them.
Non-Permanent Accessory Warranty (StakMat / Rubber Mats)
Coverage Period: 90 days from the original purchase date
Applies To: Original purchaser only (non-transferable)
What’s Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What We’ll Do
- Replace the product, or
- Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price
What’s Not Covered
- Misuse, abuse, or improper application
- Use in extreme or unintended environments, including industrial, construction, or heavy equipment applications
- Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, compression, or discoloration
- Damage from chemicals, sharp objects, or excessive heat
- Modifications, cutting, or alterations
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Have your proof of purchase ready

- Include your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the product
If you purchased through a dealer, Amazon, or another retailer, please contact them directly first.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before shipping
- Products sent without an approved RMA may be refused
Returns (Unused Products)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be unused
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to product replacement or store credit, where applicable.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in shipping regulations, distribution practices, or warranty procedures.
