No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Giveaway. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM MST on October 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on December 31, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”).

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Hawaii and Alaska, and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). Employees of SnapPad, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

There are several ways to enter:

• Automatic Entry with Purchase: Receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on SnapPad products or accessories at www.rvsnappad.com during the Giveaway Period.
• Free Entry via Newsletter Signup: Sign up for SnapPad’s newsletter during the Giveaway Period to receive ten (10) free entries. Limit one (1) newsletter sign-up per person.

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of two thousand five hundred (2,500) entries per person during the Promotion Period.

A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 5, 2025, to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent administrator whose decisions are final.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Ultimate Super Bowl LIX Experience, including:

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification either by email or phone within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and SnapPad reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent administrator. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may prevent participation in the Giveaway.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and other Giveaway Entities from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway process or to violate these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “SnapPad Super Bowl Spectacular Giveaway Winner's List,” 100 Corporate Way, Summerville, SC 29483, by January 31, 2025.
